hey. not sure if you're talking about a bittorrent client or what but the best one I can recommend is by azureus. never had a problem with them. try them out http://azureus.sourceforge.net/

I personally use Transmission, although Tomato Torrent is small and light for infrequent use.

Transmission is by far the best to use, as it is very fast, and very simple.
