Hey guys,


Can anyone tell me would I be able to run world of warcraft on my iBook G4 1.2Ghz with 768MB Ram?

It will run, but I don't think it will run very well at all.

WoW ran playably on my MacBook. You have to keep in mind, however, I've got two gigs of RAM and a decent processor.

I have a 1.2ghz ibook with 768mb ram and I can run wow fine with the settings turned down at 800x600x16.

Couple of things that will help you speed things up are:

going to this site and following the instructions. That gives you a few fps boost.

Also when running CTRA2 (for the raiders out there) turn off player manabars as this will help you reduce lag.

Wow runs great on my MBP CD 2ghz with the onboard X1600 128mb. runs at full res (1440x900) with decent Gfx.
