Safari help needed!! pages not loading

cardboard is on a distinguished road

cardboard is offline
firefox works, adium and msn work but safari wont load pages. the pages are just completely blank if i keep refreshing it eventually this error message appears "The requested URL /cgi-bin/hmhome was not found on this server"

please help me solve this problem
