I'm trying to save a PDF as plain text in Acrobat, but it crashes everytime on page 9 (probably an Intel Mac thing).

Could anyone with Acrobat possibly send me a PM or email if they can help? I'd really appreciate it!

No worries, updating to 7.0.8 fixed it!
