1. is there a way I can make buddy groups like in AIM?

2. is there a way to get sign on/off alerts?

groups are a pain in ichat.

www.adiumx.com can handle both of them and is very customizable

does adium have the cool little bubbles when chatting like iChat? not a big deal, just something i enjoy
