Ipod Song Transferring

I'm looking for a program like senutti that lets me Add and take music to and from ipods, senutti only lets me take

well it's for my friends ipod you see not mine, and im gonna be adding some stuff for him i want to delete later on

Just set it to manual sync mode and you can add and delete songs from the iPod using iTunes as well:

iTunes->Preferences->iPod->3 radio checkbox.
