Thread: i-Cal set to read only ?

I cant enter any info in i-cal, and cant find a way to switch to read & write can you help?

Find iCal in your Apps folder.
Select it and hit Command+I.
The Get Info pane will come up. Towards the bottom of this window you'll see a pull-down arrow with "Ownership" near it. Set it to Read/Write and type in your password.I try to Command+Shift+/ when I can.

I should have also explained that i have tried to change them in this way
(command+I) but it wont let me do so.
I seemed to have changed a setting somewhere and cant find the right place to look.
But Thanks for the input.
This is a basic pilot error issue..............
