Azureus Dock Icon Becomes Low-Res

I have an odd problem: whenever I launch Azureus (open-source torrent downloading program), the icon in my dock switches from a high-resolution icon with no background to a low-resolution icon with a white square around it.

Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? I searched around and there are a few threads about problems with Intel Macs, but I have the most recent Universal Binary version and, besides the dock issue, it runs without any problems.
QUOTE Thanks
