I am always archiving files and i have a 500gb external disk that i use with thousands of pictures and i started to relize that i am seeing duplicates. Is there a program that i can use that will show me these duplicate files and allow me to pick wich ones are to be deleted. Thanks.

I personally prefer "Tidy Up!" The only real disadvantage is it isn't free ($30 shareware), but it's probably the best low-cost solution to your problem.
