Entourage Problems

A user can't log in to our exchange server now from entourage. A user here got married and changed her name. I changed her username (ex. Ajones to Asmith). I deleted/recreated an e-rage profile and changed the credentials in keychain but she is still unable to login after the name change.. (It worked before i changed her username on the network) What else am i missing? Another user, when she tries to drag an email from her Inbox to another folder, the program locks up. (Entourage 2004) Any ideas on what to do? When will there be a reliable Exchange Client for the Mac?!  What was wrong with Outlook....sighThanks, Jason |
