Looking for a replacement for this tiny graphics app

I use this great little app for Windows called ColorPix, which lets you grab the color info of any pixel on the screen:

Does OS X have anything like that built-in or is there a replacement app for it?

Go to Applications > Utilities > Digital color meter
You already have the best one installed. :-)
