http://docs.blacktree.com/visor/visor has anyone gotten this to work succesfully? can you please post the steps if you have gotten this to work. thanks

I followed the supplied instructions and it seemed to work. The only problem I had was transparency, but restarting it fixed that.

You have to have terminal.app running in order to use visor - make sure you have that set to start up hidden and you should be OK.
