I have a friend who has a citrix client loaded onto his mac OS10.2 which he uses to access his intranet at work from home.
Up until the other day all was working fine but now the client no longer opens the applications.
So far i have reinstalled the client clearing all the preferences and replaced the myroot.crt file in the keystore/cacerts folder.
There is no error message its just wont open the application.
I have reset safari, made sure the Norton and OSX firewall is disabled etc.
I have check safari`s browser settings and all seem to be fine.
I have asked my friend to see what happens if he saves the link to desktop and open it from the icon or to control click and open in a new window.
After this i am stuck can anybody offer any suggestions??
my thanks in advancePanic, chaos, disorder, my job here is done
