I need to apply a file association to an xcode project and the extension of the file is in the format of .24.0.1 well anyway i tried using *.*.* as the extension (as it said not to include the initial period) and that didn't work, does anyone know how to include file extensions with multiple periods?

I've just searched 6 years of Apple development mail listings and didn't find any reference to such a thing. Why would you want to do that? Do you want the format to be dynamic? That would seem unreasonable.
Perhaps in your questions, you should give more background to what your application is going to do. ****, clearify if it is only going to be a comand line tool. |
