OpenOffice in X11 why

i hav install OpenOffice 2.0 on my iBook bot when i open OpenOffice ist starting a X11 terminal window why?

Because OpenOffice requires X11 to run currently.

Check out Neooffice/J if you don't want the hassle of running X11....
