*I'm going off of memory due to the fact that I work (unfortunately) on Windows*
Open iTunes Preferences. Click the "Advanced" Tab (the gear). There should be something in there regarding which folder iTunes should use to store music. You can change it to wherever you want. That was really vague, but I'll double check on my lunch break... I try to Command+Shift+/ when I can. They're - Their - There | Two - Too - To | You're - Your | MAC - Mac I was on the M-F honor roll for October, 2006.
