Pixel aspect ratio in PS

I keep getting this window from Photoshop when I try to open images from emailings I can not find where to shut this off in preferences, in PS or Preview........ Any ideas, guys?

Mac Specs: iBook G4 OSX Tiger

puaerotch is offline
i found a pixel aspect ratio menu in the images menu. it was set on square for me and i have never got that dialog

I saw that but I only get a check or uncheck option on that, each time I uncheck it it keeps opening as checked again. I assume this check is the on and off the option the dialog

My mistake, I was looking under view not images That did it I must of set it for custom setting accidently ...MYBAD! Thank s for the help.
