Office 4: How to access by new user?

I am sharing the use of a PB G4 with Office 2004 installed. I added myself as a new user on the G4, but I am unable to find or access Office when logged in as myself. Is there a way to for new users to access installed apps? or will it be accessible only via the orig user account?
