I just connected my sony cybershot U dsc-u10 and iphoto opened. I'm seeing that in order to view my photos I have to import everything onto my hd...
is there a way to view the individual files on my camera without importing everything to my hd?... when I browse the camera with finder the folders on the memory stick show up, but not the files... so I don't know what to do. I was able to do this on Windows. Frustrating. neye:

Open the program called "Image Capture", it comes on all Macs and allows you to view everything before you download it from the camera. It's a very very good program that I use now more than iPhoto.
I try to Command+Shift+/ when I can. They're - Their - There | Two - Too - To | You're - Your | MAC - Mac I was on the M-F honor roll for October, 2006.
