Sims 2 Windowed?

Is there any way to run sims 2 on my mac in windowed mode, or be able to jump from in game to desktop.. i searched the forum topics for any idea, and tried F11, none worked...

Ive used apple+H for Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, I dont know if it would work for Sims 2 but its worth a shot.

yes that did the trick, i can now go to my desktop and back to the game..
