Art Directors Toolkit 4

I am a new Mac user. I love the possibilities that the Art Directors Toolkit 4 presents. BUT... how to use it? I tried the Help button, not a good help. I need a manual, or help from someone who has used it, knows it well and is willing to help me. Thanks. madeinfrance
