Has anyone ever seen this before? (Screenshot attached)

This happened after migrating from another computer. I tried everything short of reinstalling MS Office 2011. I'll do that if I have to, but it's such a pain and not sure if I can find the serial any more. If anyone has seen this and knows of a better fix, I'd super appreciate it! Thanks!

Set the resolution of the monitor back to it's default.

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
