Alas it is eleven year old software and written in PowerPC application code. Will not run on anything gafter Snow Leopard OS X.6.

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

There are a few dozen applications that essentially do the same thing.

https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/42457/clipbuddy <-- just one example (more suggestions on that same page)

No, but as a substitute you might want to check out these favorites:

Growly Notes (free)
Growly Notes
A really nice program for being free, but there is no iOS version. It has a garish default interface, but in Prefs there is an option to switch to a very Mac-like interface. This program will make former Microsoft OneNote users feel at home.

CircusPoniesNotebook ($50)
Software for taking notes and getting organized on your Mac & iPad | Circus Ponies Software
Not free, but much loved.

Notational Velocity (free)
Notational Velocity
Has the big advantage of being able to synchronize different computers or with iOS via dropbox.

Evernote/Premium (free/pay)
Evernote | Evernote
Web-based, syncs with all of your devices.

Anything out there as simple as Scrapx? Any chance they will upgrade it for Maverick?

All I want to do is have a place to copy and paste small amounts of text on separate pages. TYA

Please don't post multiple threads with the SAME question, you've gotten a few responses from your previous posts. Did you go through the suggestions to see if it fit your need?
