Numbers Formula Elements Find and Replace

I purchased an iMac in November 2013 and downloaded the latest Numbers app. I want to be able to Find and Replace formula elements (variable names), e.g. change Houston to Chicago within a range of cells. How can I do this en masse in the current Numbers?
