Downloaded and payed for Elements 11 a couple of months ago. Last couple of weeks this has been happening.

Open Elements and choose the photo editor. Go to File, then open, the selection window opens and crashes and goes back to the Photo Edit screen. When I try to do open new file again everything is greyed out, nothing can be selected, can't even quit the application as it's greyed out. So need to force quit.

Half hour later...

Just un-installed and re-installed new application software thinking it would cure it..... no, still doing the same !
QUOTE Thanks

What do you mean, "loads of repairs" to the hard drive? If you're constantly getting errors on your hard drive to the point where you're doing "loads of repairs", it may be time to change it out. Maybe that's why Elements 11 is crashing?
QUOTE Thanks
