libxsslt.1.dylib library not found installing Blufish for MAC OSX 1.9

Hi.
I am new working with PHP apache, and I was trying to install Bluefish as my web editor to create my webpages, I did it on my MACBOOK air 10.6.8 with no issues, but here I got this, any idea, what I should I do ?

Sorry, I put 1.9, the correct OSX version I have is 10.9

Mac Specs: 21in iMac core2 Duo- 13in macbook - 10.9 on both

Just checking it out I got the same problem. Might try contacting the author of that build and file a bug report at Sourceforge.
It may just need to be updated for Mavericks.
