Does anyone know a pref pages organizer for mac? I want to rearrange the order of pages in a pdf file'

If I understand what you want to do correctly you don't need a separate program. Here are several tips for arranging pages in PDF files using Preview. When you first try to edit the file Preview offers to duplicate the file. Let it do so if you are planning to save changes.

This is one of the many nice features built into Preview.
