How does it open? "Drag icon to utilities or app folder." Does not open. It shows in disk utilities but nothing happens.

It's a DMG. You double click on it and it will open. Then you drag the file inside the window that opens to the Applications Folder.

You see Onyx below in the DMG window? Click on the Onyx Icon and DRAG it over to the Applications folder and let it go.

No, didn't see that post Gandalf that is why I posted mine.

I've had no issues with it like others reporting to have either. It must vary from system to system for some reason.

Well I spoke too soon.
RIGHT click on the Onyx Icon and choose OPEN and then give it permission and it will open. After that it will always open.

If you have no right Click go CTRL+Left Click.
