I'm having an issue making pdf's of Quark XPress 6.5
with Distiller 6.0 on OS X.
First I make a .ps (Postscript) file from Quark Xpress 6.5 using
2400dpi/400lpi/hi res Tiff/black overprint settings.
Then, I Distill it using Hi Quality settings.
What happens with the .pdf, is that I can see other graphics (like a ghost)
through what is supposed to be solid black overprint.
I have tried all different variations of settings and Distiller settings.
Is this a problem? Or will it print out ok from the printing vendor?
Thanks,
Gary

Never mind everybody. I had Overprint preview selected in the advanced menu!
QUOTE Thanks
