Do older versions of iChat support audio?

Guest Posts: n/a	12-14-2005, 08:04 PM I have a new ibookG4with OSX and my daughter has an older version. For some reason, I can't get an audio chat started with her. (I can do it with my son who has a new computer that is a DELL) Could it be because older versions of ichat don't allow you to talk through the microphone? If so, does she need to update her operating system for it to work?
