Collage Screensaver App - Help

I've been looking very hard for an app that compiles all of your photos into a larger photo. The image is actually one of your photos. This is a screensaver. Im trying to help a friend out by finding this for him but simply cant find it anywhere. Has anyone ever heard of this? |
