Pixelated Mail Icon?

I've restarted, but other than that, I'm lost as to what to do about a blurry or pixelated (?) Mail icon/badge whatever on my dock.

If you browse out to the Applications folder, does the icon appear to be pixelated there?

If not, I would try just dragging the Mail icon off the dock (it should disappear in a "POOF"). Then, open Mail from the Applications folder. It should pop up again on the Dock. If it's OK, right-click the icon and choose "Keep in Dock" (in Lion, that's under Options > Keep in Dock).
