Having some issues with Gimp and X11

I forgot what I did, but apparently I did something to X11. I'm unable to open up xterm, xclock and xlogo...they just don't load.

Now this is what shows up when I try to load Gimp:

I'm missing my window boarders

Oh, and I'm unable to move the windows.
