Hey there,
Currently I am trying to speed up the time I spend having to see e-mails for my job. I have to go down a directory list and click the name to email. Once I click their name a dialog box appears which I check the box by pressing TAB and then accept by pressing Space. I was trying to figure out how to put these two different tasks into one hot-key so that a simple click of F12 would first check the box and then accept. I tried typing in Tab+Space but there was no luck there. I am guessing I would need some way to let the computer know that there is a delay between pressing Tab and Space because they aren't supposed to be pressed at the same time but rather one action follows after the other. So if there is anyway I could simplify these two tasks into one hot-key( or if there are any other ways to simplify the emailing process with my Mac) , that would be great. Thank you |
