When converting .mov files in Visual Hub, the video conversion does not show correct aspect ratio (16x9). I see no settings in the Visual Hub set up for this.

Visual Hub is a lovely program but has not been supported in years (except for a brief update to keep it running in Lion). It's probably time you started looking for an alternative (like, say, Miro Video Converter).

Having said that, you must have missed these bits:







Mind you, you have to work out what the correct ration would be in pixels on your own.

I just see the barber pole spinnning and the 'doing the first pass' , been waiting over an hour, is it working or should I start over?
I am new to this tool and just need to burn a dvd for a friend.
