Realplayer downloader not working

In the past when I directed the browser to You Tube, for instance, Realplayer downloader automatically kicked in and downloaded the video.
Now, for some reason it not only doesn't open and download automatically, it doesn't even download if I manually open it.
I updated to the latest version but still no luck.
Any suggestions?

I had the same issue. Download "fastest tube" and whenever you go to YouTube, you'll see a "download" button which will allow you to do so.
