10810 Error - Can't Open Application

As you may have seen with my username, I'm a major Sims addict. I really wanted to play Sims 2 on my Mac, as I haven't for a really long time, and an error popped up when I went to open the application.

It's probably an easy fix, but I'm definitely not tech-savvy at all. It's not really of the most importance either, I can always just stick to the other games

Well, machine specifics would be helpful here. What mac, speed, operating system etc.
Then maybe someone can help you.

Ok, Sims 2 is PPC which is no longer supported in Lion.
Maybe try Sims 3?
