Need help!
I have Entourage 2004 in my office, with our contacts in a public folders, i.e. shared between several users.
I want to be able to assign categories to the contacts (that all can see / edit) then be able to search for those contacts periodically and to export then as tab delimited text, so that we can do newsletter mail shots etc. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and how. Would appreciate the advice. (I know the best thing I can do is get rid of Entourage but I have no budget at the moment....) Thanks
