can I still download a payed application on another computer if I log into my account

I downloaded iVI, which is an application to convert MTS files. I payed $3.99 and I need to use it on another computer. If I log into that computer with my account and download the application again, do I need to pay once more or will it be free???

Applications downloaded from the Mac App store can be downloaded again with your same Apple ID and installed on other Macs you own without having to pay again.
