iTunes Description Field

Mac Specs: 13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.

With many podcasts, the show description appears when you tap while the podcast is playing. I'm wondering which field in iTunes lets you put in a description for your own files? I've tried "Description," "Comments" and "Composer," but none work.
