I am wanting to share content across multiple tables in Numbers without having to manually enter into each table.

The blurb on the Apple site says it can be done but it seems there are no instructions online or in the help menu.

Have tried to access the Apple Numbers video tutorials but they appear to have pulled them??
QUOTE Thanks
