How to present one line at a time with Keynote?

I would like to present each line at a time for my slideshow in keynote whenever I press enter. How do I do this without having to make a bunch of slides?

There was a features I recall where you can select all your lines and present each line one by one?

Make each line a paragraph, then select the text, choose from the animations in the inspector and choose "by paragraph."

(the following screenshot doesn't show that the text was selected but it was)
