I have loaded some Safari extensions but I can't find them on my menu bar. Some of them appear on the menu bar before the URL, but some of the others don'w show up. If I try to move them (from the advanced tab thing) they don't go. Is there a place that they all show up like the Reading list or histroy buttons?

Not all extension have menu entries and/or toolbar buttons. Some work in the background. For instance, AdBlock works this way. It's possible that the extensions you don't "see" work this way.
