Is there a program or script to sync two folders? I want to sync my iTunes media folder and make sure I have all my tunes present from my backup before I update the iTunes library.

I have two backups (actually 3 locations for old iTunes) and I am setting up my new mac with new iTunes program.

This would be good to know for other folders also.
