Delete duplicate files

Magican has a feature to delete duplicate files with one click. Is there have some one knows whether it will leave at least one copy of the file?

Can't you check that out with a useless file that you create and then place copies of it in various folders? If the software was written intelligently, and this is possible, I'd assume that it would leave the original file, or the one modified most recently. I don't think it could decide to leave the one that has not been modified for the longest, as that leaves open the possibility of a tie.
