I am looking for software that will lock up my Mac for some time, e.g one or two hours. That is during this time neither I, not anyone else can use my Mac and there is no password that would unblock it. There is a Windows program PC Lock up by Aquarius, which has such a function called "Self-Control". I'm looking for a counterpart for Mac.

I can't find anything that will completely lock up OS X for a specified period. There are some apps that will lock up internet access in particular for a user-specified period, but not the entire computer. The best alternative is to enable Parental Controls and set up time limits on how long the computer can be used for, when it can be used, and what apps can be used.

Thanks. What are names of the apps the you're talking about? The Parental Control is a good tool but the problem with it is that I as an administrator of the computer have control over it and I would like a program that temporarily I couldn't unlock using password.
