Annoying pop up - Letter Opener Mail Plugin

Hi there, I have a similar problem with a program called 'letter opener'
from

Download Letter Opener for Mac - Extracts attachments from winmail.dat files (was OMiC). MacUpdate.com

I downloaded the program but it was not for mail 5.1.

After I trashed the program (I do not remember it having an uninstall option) I found this pop up consistently appearing when I start up mail:

Mail has disabled the following plug-ins:

Letter Opener

Contact the makers of these plug-ins for versions that are compatible with Mail 5.1 and Message 5.1.

I do not wish to use this program nor its new version.
How do I get rid of this annoying pop up and bouncing icon?

Moved to new thread. Please start new threads for new issues.

Open up Finder and push Shift-Command-G. In the box that opens, enter the following: ~/Library/Mail/. In the folder that opens, is there one named "Bundles"? If so, is there something in there that has to do with Letter Opener?

Sorry about incorrect thread -
I did that and there is no trace of anything to do with 'letter opener' or 'bundles...
some .DS store files..mailboxes etc.
