I downloaded two apps last night, one for $1.99 and one for $9.99. They downloaded fine, then this morning when I hooked up to iTunes to update some apps. it told me my computer "was not authorized" for them. I checked under "Store" and both my iPad and iPhone ARE "authorized." How do I a) file a complaint about this or 2) get a refund? Thanks in advance.

Contact Apple by phone.

The company has nothing to do with these forums.

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

Don't call Apple. The best way to go about it is to use Express Lane
