    Hey all,

First, i hope this is the appropriate category to post my question because i am not looking for video editing programs, but rather programs that have great features to review video.

I need a program that let's me easily watch video on my MBP in slow motion, that also lets me pause and rewind in small time increments.

I know this seems like a simple request but i have yet to find a media player that works.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Moved to more appropriate forum. Given that you're looking for an application, it's a better fit here.

    Buzzard2010,

Thanks for your reply. I've tried VLC and unfortunately it does not fulfil my criteria for easily reviewing video within small time increments. i need a program that delivers the fine detailed control of a video editing program...without the editing.

No problem and I get what you are getting at now, I know that the following is an editor program, but if you already have it could you use iMovie?

    Buzzard2010,

I'm going to try Adobe's media player and if that doesn't work i will try using an editing program such as imovie.

    cheers
