Geek Tool Glitch Need Help.

Recently got into using geek tool. It was going really well till I was deleting some code from the command box. I missed some and did not delete it. I think that it wont work because it is trying to work something out that simply cannot be worked out. I have tried uninstalling it then re-installing it but it seems to still have the same problem.

Please help me.
